As the Association's body, the Executive Committee of EMDR Europe ensures the day-to-day running of the Association, administering the Association’s fund, making sure that the objectives of EMDR Europe and the decisions of the Board of the Association are met.

A certain number of Committees focus on specific domains and tasks to assist the Executive Committee and the Board of the association. 

The Alliance aims to cooperate in the development of best training practices and standards in order to promote and facilitate the growth of EMDR therapy world-wide.
